Winamp 3.0 now includes Ogg Vorbis support -- only download 2.78 if you need it, and then get the Nullsoft Vorbis Decoder.
The MediaXV Microsoft Installer gives some Ogg Vorbis functionality to Windows Media Player (if you must).
